Whilst she has been involved in projects concerning many different aspects of work, her particular interest is in harnessing the creativity of individuals in order to develop satisfied and productive teams. Julia combines her 18 years experience as a Psychologist with creative experience in the arts to develop organisational interventions that will make a fundamental difference to your business.
Julia’s approach is grounded in the theory and practice developed as a Chartered Psychologist, but draws on knowledge and techniques from other disciplines as appropriate.
